Items purchased from the Legion of Saints Merch Store can be returned and refunded, or exchanged 30 days from the delivery receipt date. If the item does not meet your satisfaction level, or the item is damaged upon delivery, e-mail us at legionofsaintsband@gmail.com with your issue and we will be able to either refund your purchase or arrange to exchange your item with either the same item, or an item of lesser or equal value. For exchanges, simply send your item back to us and upon receipt of your item, we will send you the new replacement item. Items that are broken or damaged due to accidents related to your own actions are not valid for exchanges or refunds. All items ship from Ottawa, Ontario Canada using Canada Post. Shipping available to Canada and US only. Shipping and postage fees not covered by us. 

Shipping rates are considerably lower for items that qualify for lettermail services. For that reason, we try to use lettermail whenever possible to reduce the cost of shipping for our customers. Items not qualified for lettermail are shipped through Canada Post's parcel services.
